Privacy notice

This notice explains what information INTERVT Digital receives when you ask about or purchase a digital service.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or place an order, we may receive your name, email address, chosen services, project description, selected options, and any files you upload. Payment providers return payment confirmation and transaction details. INTERVT does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

How we use it

• Calculate and process the project estimate you request.
• Review your project brief and reference files, communicate with you, and deliver the service.
• Confirm payment, send a receipt, and keep records needed for accounting and fraud prevention.
• Protect the website and troubleshoot technical issues.

Payments and service providers

Card and PayPal payments are handled by the selected payment provider. Their privacy terms also apply to payment processing. Project details needed to identify your order may be shared with that provider. We use website hosting and email services to operate the site and communicate with you.

Files and retention

Uploaded project files are stored in a private server directory and are not linked publicly. They may be included as attachments in the project notification email sent to the site owner. We keep project information and files only as long as needed to respond, deliver the work, maintain transaction records, and address disputes; then we delete or securely dispose of them when practical and legally permitted.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses essential browser storage to complete the PayPal return flow. Payment providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies on their checkout pages.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and accounting record requirements. You may also choose not to provide optional project details or files, though that can limit our ability to prepare or deliver your project.
