Terms of service

Using this website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate contact and project information. You must have the rights or permission to share any text, images, brands, or files you upload.

Estimates and prices

The estimator calculates a USD amount from the services and deliverables you select. The estimate is based on the information provided; if the requested work differs materially from that scope, we will contact you and agree any revised scope and price before doing the additional work. Prices shown at checkout are the amount submitted to the payment provider.

Project work

After an order is received, we review your brief and contact you to confirm the deliverables, schedule, required materials, and any project-specific conditions. Work begins after the scope is confirmed. You agree to provide timely feedback and materials needed for the project. Changes outside the confirmed scope may require a separate estimate.

Payments and receipts

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal when those methods are enabled. The site does not store full payment card details. A payment receipt is sent to the email entered at checkout after payment confirmation.

Client materials and final work

You remain responsible for the materials you provide. Ownership or licensing of final deliverables, third-party assets, source files, and any ongoing support should be confirmed in the project agreement or written email for your order.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and information accurate, but features may be temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Any applicable consumer protections remain in force.

Applicable law and courts will be determined by the provider’s established business location and mandatory consumer protections.
